Only old wood will do! The owners had a strong desire to rediscover the authenticity of a true traditional chalet, while enjoying contemporary comfort. We suggested a more refined and elegant parquet flooring by opting for broken oak sticks. The entire apartment underwent a complete renovation, including insulation, plumbing, and electricity. The skilled carpenters played a crucial role, as everything was custom-made to optimize the spaces in this originally 52-square-meter apartment with high ceilings. This allowed us to create a mezzanine for the master suite. All spaces were optimized to create maximum storage, of course, custom-made.
A kitchen in sage green tones (Perenne), with a Dekton countertop (Italian supplier), harmoniously complements the aged wood. As for the furniture, our choice was renowned brands such as Angel des Montagnes (dining chairs, coat hooks, throw blankets), AMPM (dining table, bedding), Caravane (throw blankets), La Redoute Intérieure (bar stools), Ethnicraft (coffee tables), wall sconces (DWC éditions), Arpin (decorative cushions), Henry Massonnet’s Tam Tam stool (Stamp éditions), and Balzac (sofa).
The famous Togo by Michel Ducaroy (Ligne Roset) found its place next to the electric fireplace, while other items were carefully sourced.

This apartment clearly needed love and attention. So, we took on the project from A to Z, including furnishing and decoration.
